The petitioner/applicant moved this application to correct the name of respondent No.7, as the bailiff report shows that his name is not correct. Therefore, he has prayed for permitting him to add his father's name to the petition. 3.

Learned Advocate for respondents Nos.2 and 8 have no objection to the same.

Having considered the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed, as prayed. The petitioner/applicant is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side.

Upon carrying out the amendment, fresh notice be issued to respondent No.7, returnable after two weeks. 6.

The petitioner is permitted to serve respondent No.7 by all modes of service permissible in law, including Hamdast.
