NOVEMBER 04, 2025 1) Learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the order passed by this Court on 21/04/2023 which reads as follows :- "Heard Mr. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the applicants.

It is contended, that an order under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai permitting the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process against the present non-applicants. A copy of which order is tendered across the bar, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. In view of this, list the matters after Summer Vacation 2023." 2) Learned counsel further submits that the resolution plan was approved and it will take 2 to 3 months and therefore, he prayed to defer the hearing of this petition for 3 to 4 months. 3) In view of the fact that both these applications are pending since 2023, it would not be appropriate to keep these KOLHE
