Petitioner assails an order rejecting furlough leave. However, one of the grounds is petitioner was required to be apprehended, brought back to prison on 03.09.2012 and there was delay of 2552 days. He was released on furlough leave for two weeks on 24.08.2005. Thus, he absconded for a period in excess of 7 years.

During arguments we find that a prison
Order 2004wp123.17 punishment of permanent remission cut has been inflicted upon the petitioner, and that has not been assailed. Hence, keeping present challenge open and with liberty to petitioner to assail the order of punishment as per law, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
