Caste claim of the petitioner is still pending. It is claimed that cousin brother, Shri Dipak Shalikram Dharne has been given validity as "Mana", Scheduled Tribe on 14-3-2006.

In this situation, as education of the petitioner is already protected by interim order of this Court dated 24-2-2015, we direct respondent no. 4, Committee to decide caste claim finally of the petitioner within ten months from the date on which the petitioner shall appear before the respondent no. 4.

The petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 4 on 19-5-2015 and abide by further instructions in the matter. The period of ten months

The interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate and shall be subject to final adjudication by the respondent no. 4, Committee. The writ petition is partly allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs.
