These applications are filed by the legal heirs of the original petitioner to condone the delay caused in filing the application to bring their names on record and to bring their names on record in place of the original petitioner, who died on 31-08-2023.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has not objected to it.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned, and the applicants are directed to bring their names to record in place of the petitioner. 5.

After bringing their names on record, a copy of the memo of petition should be supplied to the other side within a week thereafter.
