We have heard the petitioner/applicant in person. 6.

As the grievance in regard to prayer clause (i) is redressed as the petitioner has received copy of the Enquiry Report, the prayer is not pressed.

As far as prayer clause (ii) about not to release the cost of repairs of road is concerned, we are informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the amount is already released. In that view of the matter, prayer clause (ii) has rendered infructuous. 8.

That being so, Civil Application stands disposed of.

Since, Civil Application No.1196/2019 is disposed of, the prayer in the present application no more survives. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
