Heard Shri Puranik, learned counsel (appointed) for the applicant and Shri Patel, learned APP for the respondent.

The prayer is to condone delay of 28 days in filing appeal.

Shri Puranik, learned counsel states that there are certain objections and he is seeking time of two weeks to remove the same. However, after hearing the respective counsel, we find that the appeals filed by Mangesh Shrikrishna Gangole (Accused No.1) and Suresh (Accused No. 2) are already admitted by this Court.

Shri Puranik, learned counsel has tendered second set of application for condonation of delay. The same is taken on record.

In this situation, we do not find any malafides. Delay is condoned. Application is allowed.
