st JANUARY , 2023 By this application, the appellants are seeking direction to disburse the compensation amount as per order dated 05/12/2022 passed by this Court. The order dated 05/12/2022 is reproduced as under;
"This application seeks withdrawal of the amount by the appellants as First Appeal No. 335/2020, has been decided on 05/03/2020. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has no objections, considering which, upon the office being satisfied, that the persons listed in paragraph No. 2 of the application are the legal representatives appellant No. 3-a, the application is allowed. No costs."

In view of the aforesaid order, it is mentioned that the persons mentioned in the application are legal representatives of appellant no. 3(a). However, it is submitted that appellant nos. 3(b),
23. CAF 244.23 in FA 335.2020 (c) and (d) are the brother and sisters of appellant nos. 3(a), where appellant no. 3(a) is having any other legal heirs, is not clarified in the application.

The appellants to clarify, whether appellant no. 3(a) is having any other legal heirs, and to file affidavit to that extent. If any other legal heirs are there, the appellants shall file appropriate application for disbursement of share to the legal representatives of appellant no. 3(a).

The Civil Application is disposed of.

Stand over after two weeks.
