The learned counsel for the applicant states that inadvertently, it was conveyed to the Court that the petitioner claimed to belong to Lingder Scheduled Tribe, though Lingder is a Scheduled Caste and the petitioner had claimed to belong to that caste.

Hence, the word 'Tribe' after Lingder, should be substituted by the word 'Caste' in all the paragraphs of the judgment.

The necessary correction should be carried out at the earliest.

The civil application is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
