Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The non-applicant despite service of notice and grant of chances to appear, remained absent. The application is for condonation of delay 440 days in filing revision application against the impugned order dated 10.08.2022 passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur in Petition No. E-384/2020 passed under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Though the application remained unopposed but considering the delay period, it stands condoned subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a week. After deposit of cost, the revision application be registered.
