This application is filed for condonation of delay of 5 days which is caused in preferring the appeal. 3.

As per the contention of the claimants, after award is passed they obtained the certified copy of the award. Inadvertently, they calculated the days wrongly, and therefore, five days delay is caused in preferring the appeal. Delay is not intentional one.

Though respondents are served, none appears for the respondents.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, it is apparent that the reasonable and justifiable reasons are mentioned in the application, hence delay is condoned.
