Ms N.P.Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives the notice for the respondents.

The petitioners seek a direction to be issued to the respondent No.4 to decide the proposal for approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as Assistant Teacher.

The Deputy Director on 9.9.2021 informed the Education Officer (Secondary) that the issue as regards approval to transfer has to be considered by the Education Officer (Secondary) himself. 6.

It is accordingly directed that the Education Officer (Secondary) shall take a decision on the proposal dated 15.9.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of the petitioners' appearance before the said Education officer. To facilitate consideration for proposal, the petitioenrs shall appear before the respondent No.4 on 1.8.2022. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule accordingly. No costs.
