This is an application for relaxation of conditions imposed while granting bail.

While granting bail, the applicant is directed to attend the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gondia, on every Saturday between 12.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.

The application is filed on the ground that now almost one year has been elapsed from the date on which he came to be arrested, and his continuous attendance is no longer necessary. Moreover, he is serving at Aurangabad, and therefore, it is practically difficult for him to attend on every Saturday.

Considering that the investigation is already completed, however his evidence is required at the office, it can be relaxed and modified as follows:

904appp301.2025.odt Instead of on every Saturday, the applicant shall attend the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gondia, on 2nd and 4th Saturday between 10.00 a. to 01.00 p.m.

The criminal application is disposed of.
