DATE : 16th February, 2016 This is an application for condonation of delay of 326 days in filing the Misc. Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court on 27th March, 2014 in Second Appeal St. No. 235 of 2014 refusing registration on failure to remove the office objections within fourteen days.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

Accepting the reasons furnished in the application to be sufficient and satisfactory, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. ----

M.C.A. St. No. 3744 of 2015 :

This is Misc. Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Order in Second Appeal St. No. 235 of 2014 refusing registration on failure to remove the office objections by 27th March, 2014.

Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to refusal of registration to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

----- Second Appeal :

Office is directed to register the Second Appeal afresh.

Eight weeks are granted for removal of the objections, if any.
