Mr. Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mutation entry has been effected and therefore, the grievance in the present petition does not survive to the extent that the impugned order dated 27.01.2022 claims a probate. He however, submits that in the mutation entry the Flat number is incorrectly written as 502 instead of 502-B.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2, does not dispute that the correct Flat number is 502-B, considering which, it is directed to the respondent no.2, to correct the mutation entry by inserting the correct Flat number.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
