Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicant. Perused the grounds raised in the review application. We find that the contentions now sought to be raised in the review application were not raised when Writ Petition No.8087 of 2019 was decided. By raising fresh grounds for consideration, the order under review cannot be said to suffer from an error apparent on the face of record on that count.
