The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that there is no specific order in respect of interest though the claimant was permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as per judgment and order dated 03/08/2022. In view thereof, the judgment and order dated 03/08/2022 is hereby modified and the last line will be added in para 7 of the said judgment as under:- "The claimant is entitled for the accrued interest on the amount of compensation so deposited."

As such, the correction be carried out in the said judgment and order and it be uploaded.
