DATED : 20/02/2019 By the impugned order, the Assistant Charity Commissioner has rejected the interlocutory applications by which it was prayed that common evidence be recorded in all four change reports. The submission is that the parties in all four change reports are same and the objections opposing the change reports are of similar nature, and therefore recording of common evidence will save time of the Authority. It is submitted that if the change reports are not decided within two months, next election of the governing body will be due and one or two more change reports will be filed before the Authority which may again delay the disposal of the change reports pending before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner.

After examining the grievance of the petitioners and going through the impugned order, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, however, the apprehension expressed by the petitioners appears to be

Hence, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner is directed to dispose the Change Report No. 254/2009, Change Report No. 122/2013, Change Report No. 267/2015 and Change Report No. 277/2016 pending before him till 30/04/2019, if necessary, by taking up the matters on day-today basis. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed. No costs.
