Learned Counsel for the applicants/petitioners has submitted that the proposed amendment would not change the nature of the petition and inadvertently the same was not incorporated in the petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents has no objection for allowing the application. For the reasons stated in the application and after hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that the civil application needs to be allowed.

0207caw409.19.odt Hence, the civil application is allowed. The applicants/petitioners are permitted to amend the petition. The amendment be carried out within one week. Copy of the amended petition be supplied to the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Place the writ petition on 10/07/2019 for further consideration.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
