The petition is of 2018 and as per assignment it cannot be placed before this Court, however, the matter is listed as civil application is filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the order dated 20th December, 2018 which was passed by me. By order dated 20th December 2018, the Industrial Court was directed to dispose the complaint filed by the petitioner / employee, till 15th February 2019. By this application, the petitioner prays that time to dispose the complaint be extended.

The Industrial Court has sent letter dated 13th February, 2019 requesting for extension of time. Considering the fact that Industrial Court has made request for extension of time which request, in fact should be made by the concerned Court, the prayer made by the petitioner in this civil application is not required
