DATED : 28/01/2021 At the out set learned Counsel for the applicants/ respondents states that in present application, there is a typographical error in the prayer clause wherein the word '

appellant' instead of "respondent no.1" has wrongly typed. Leave granted to correct the same and amend the same forthwith.

The application is filed for speaking to minutes. The applicant states that the Court had allowed the Civil Application No. 2372 of 2019 and permitted the respondent nos. 1 to 2 to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking and 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Reference Court as well as Registrar(Judicial) of this Court, deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. However, in the operative portion of the order, only the word "respondent no. 1" is mentioned instead of "respondent nos. 1 and 2". Hence, the word "respondent no. 1" be substituted with "respondent nos. 1 and 2",
