After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation giving particulars of the amount. In addition, the petitioner also undertakes to implead the persons against whom the petitioner seeks recovery of the amount which has been paid to them by way of salary.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, in terms of the liberty as prayed for. 3.

Needless to state that in case the petitioner files a Public Interest Litigation, the same shall be adjudicated on its own merits.
