The parties have willingly and amicably settled their dispute on the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement filed on record. It is marked as "Exh.X" for identification. The agreement is duly signed by the appellants and the respondents as well as their Advocates. 2.

Appellant nos.1 to 4 are personally present. They are duly identified by Shri R. K. Patil, Advocate. Respondent No.2 Mr. G. S. Mahajan, Executive Engineer, Jalgaon is present through Video Conference, who is duly identified by his counsel Shri Vivek Tarade.

Therefore, the First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the agreement executed between the parties. The Award be drawn up accordingly. 4.
