In this matter, notice was issued on 11/02/2022 to the non-applicant, thereupon, the nonapplicant has filed its reply opposing the application. 3.

However, in the meantime, at the Principal Seat of this Court, some of the applications in similar offence were rejected and from those cases, some of the accused persons carried out Special Leave Petition to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, granted ad interim protection for eight weeks.

In some of the similar matters, this Court has also granted ad interim protection, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

In that view of matter, I am of the opinion that this is a fit case in which the applicant needs to be protected. Accordingly, I pass the following order: i) By way of ad-interim order, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.18 of 2022, dated 19/01/2022, registered with Police Station, Borgaon Manju, District: Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(2)(iv), 27(2)(e) and 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the applicant shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rupees Fifteen Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on Monday and Thursday every week between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. for four weeks and thereafter, as and when his presence is required.

In view of above order, Criminal Application No. 317 of 2022 does not survive, hence, it is disposed of. 7.

Put-up this matter on 12.04.2022 along with Criminal Application (ABA) No.770 of 2021 and other connected matters.
