This application is moved by the respondents praying that order dated 23/12/2014 passed by this Court be kept in abeyance for further period of eight weeks. It is stated that the papers have been forwarded after obtaining legal opinion and hence as certain administrative norms have to be fulfilled, additional time is required.

The application is opposed by the appellants on the ground that sufficient time was already granted when the order dated 23/12/2014 was passed. The request as made is therefore strongly opposed.

On 23/12/2014, this Court had kept aforesaid order in abeyance for a period of eight weeks. Considering the reasons as assigned, said order dated 23/12/2014 is kept in
