NOVEMBER 04, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel Mr.Kedar for applicant and learned counsel Mr. Pathak for respondent.

2) By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1914 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition. 3) Learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed the application and pointed out that the delay is not properly explained and hence, it should not be condoned. 4) I have gone through the application and the delay was properly explained, therefore, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application for condonation of delay, subject to costs of Rs.15000/- to be paid to National Cancer Institute, Nagpur. The costs to be deposited within a period of two weeks.

5) After depositing costs, the petition be restored to its original position.
