This is an application seeking extension of time for disposal of Trade Mark Suit No. 2 of 2014 filed by the respondents-applicants herein. It is pointed out that while disposing of this appeal on 28.02.2017, this Court had directed that the suit shall be decided by the end of October, 2017. In the application, the details are given as to why further time is required. On perusal of the same, it is evident that a case for extension of time has been made out. It is also pointed out that this Court had earlier granted an extension for a period of 3 months by order dated 20.11.2017 and yet further time is required.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and further extension of four months as last chance is granted for disposal of Trade Mark Suit No.2 of 2014.
