DATED : 21-04-2017 The petitioners have filed this application seeking an order restraining the respondents from proceeding with the process of recruitment of Class-IV Grade Electrician. According to the petitioners, an advertisement is issued on 20-12-2016 for undertaking the process for appointments. The Advocate for the petitioners states that the process was to be undertaken in February 2017. The application is filed on 14-02-2017. It is not clear whether appointments are already made. In these circumstances, the prayer made in the civil application cannot be granted.

The civil application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE adgokar
