DATED : 22/08/2023 Mr. Sohoni, learned Counsel for the respondent No.6 has placed on record an affidavit dated 21.08.2023 which is returned to him for filing in office. According to that affidavit, the arrears of Dearness Allowance payable to the petitioners is Rs.50,90,000/-, which upon instructions it is submitted that the respondent No.6 would be paid the said amount within a period of two months from today. The affidavit filed also include the assurance of paying the regular salary by including the Dearness Allowance, accepting this statement, the petition is disposed of.
