The applicant No.2 Rajiram s/o Sitaram Ghormode during the pendency of the application, reported to be dead.

Learned Counsel for the applicant filed an application for bringing the legal heirs of the applicant No.2 on record. Learned AGP has no objection for the same.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs of the applicant No.2 on record within a stipulated period.

The application is disposed of.
(2) 53.cac.8.2025 CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO.177 OF 2018 1.
The some of the trustees namely Ashok Wankhede, Purushottam Dalal and Shrikant Dalal are today present before the Court and through AGP they have informed that they want to file an intervention application in the present revision application. 2.
They shall file an appropriate application within two weeks and they shall supply the copy in advance to the other side.

Stand over to 07.03.2025 4.
In the meantime, no adverse orders can be passed in the execution proceeding against the present applicants.
