The punishment of compulsory retirement imposed on the petitioner was set aside by this Court in the writ petition and directed the authority to reconsider what proportionate punishment shall be imposed. Thereafter, there is no decision.

The petitioner, by way of this contempt petition, is seeking to punish the respondent as he has not imposed any punishment on the petitioner till this date. We are surprised to understand what contempt the authorities have committed in this matter. The Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
