(2) This is an application for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal. (3) Heard Shri Sarda, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

(4) This application is on affidavit by petitionerDeepak Manikrao Gawande. In the application on oath it is stated that though appeal is provided against the order impugned in the writ petition on incorrect advice the petitioner has filed present writ petition. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw it in order to challenge impugned order by filing appeal.

(5) The application is allowed and disposed of.
