DATE : 15.04.2015 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to condone the break in services and grant continuity of service to the petitioner.

The respondent no.3 has filed an affidavit-in-reply. The order of the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Nagpur dated 2.3.2015 is annexed to the affidavit-in-reply. By the said order, the Regional Deputy Commissioner has directed the condonation of break in services of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days. By the said order, the Regional Deputy Commissioner has also directed the respondents to release the benefits in terms of the condonation of break in services to the petitioner at the earliest.

1504wp3020.14.odt By the statements made by the respondent no.3 in the affidavit-in-reply and in terms of the order of the Regional Deputy Commissioner, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the concerned respondents to pass an order condoning the breaks in services of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days and grant the consequential benefits to the petitioner, at the earliest.

In the circumstances, no order as to costs.
