By the present application, the applicant/appellant is seeking to condone the delay which occurred due to pandemic situation in the entire country.

Needless to mention that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020, has been pleased to direct to exclude the period from 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022, while computing the period of limitation. It appears that the judgment and award came to be passed on 29.02.2020, whereas the appeal has been filed on 16.02.2021, hence the period of delay is covered by the period when the pandemic situation was prevailing. Hence, the delay in filing second appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered and numbered accordingly. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
