None for the applicant/Insurance Company. However, the learned Counsel for the respondents, who are the original claimants, has submitted that the original claimants have already received the amount of compensation as per the Award dated 11.02.2013 passed in the Lok Adalat.

It appears that the applicant/Insurance Company under this application, is claiming refund of statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-. The learned Counsel for the claimants has already clarified about the receipt of entire amount of compensation by the claimants. 3.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed and the applicant/Insurance Company is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of statutory deposit along with the accrued interest thereon till date, if not withdrawn earlier.

The application stands disposed of.
