It appears that the issues involved in this writ petition were also involved in Writ Petition Nos.415/2014, 420/2014, 2179/2014 and 6165/2013 and after hearing the parties, this court held that it would not be proper for this court to decide the issues involved in the said writ petitions in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. Since one of the similarly situated employees had approached the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, it was held that it would be necessary for the petitioners to approach the Central Government Industrial Tribunal. It appears that the points involved in the decided petitions and the present petition are the same. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 20.7.2015 in Writ Petition Nos.415/2014 and others, the writ petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
