The prayer is for removal of encroachment on Development Plan reservation Nos.16 and 17 viz. Primary School, Dispensary and Maternity Home.

The request for removal of encroachment was made way back in 2018 and the petition remained pending since then. Even notices are not ordered in the petition. 3.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the issue with the respondent Authorities. 4.

Liberty to approach again, in case, if fresh cause arises.
