This application is preferred for relaxation of the condition that the applicant shall not enter Village, Belgaon, Taluka Mehkar, District Buldhana till the filing of charge-sheet.

While imposing the condition, this Court granted liberty to the applicant-accused to seek relaxation, if the charge-sheet is not filed within two months.

It appears that in 482 proceeding, preferred by the applicant, an order is obtained that the charge-sheet shall not be filed.

In this view of the matter, there is no question of reserving liberty in favour of the applicant-accused inasmuch as it is at the instance of the applicant-accused that a direction is issued that the charge-sheet shall not be filed. The said liberty is revoked forthwith. No case is made out for relaxation of condition. The application is dismissed.
