This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 3349 days in filing cross objection in First Appeal No.1217/2010.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the application, considering the fact that the appeal has already been admitted, the delay of 3349 days is hereby condoned. Let the cross objection be registered. 5.

The civil application is accordingly disposed.

Cross Objection (St) No. 3323/2022 Since the cross objection has been filed in the First Appeal No.1217/2010 which is already admitted, admit the cross objection. To be heard along with First Appeal No.1217/2010.
