Puranik, learned Counsel waives notice for the respondents. 3] The only relief sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the representation dated 15/9/2022 by which the petitioner seeks grant of grade pay pursuant to the orders dated 24/2/2010 and 13/4/2010. 4] Since the aforesaid representation is pending with respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider the same and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. Needless to state that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of that decision, he is free to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
