The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the observations made in Paragraph-10 of the impugned order, with liberty to move afresh application to refer the cheque to the hand writing expert at the appropriate stage. 2.

Permission to withdraw the present writ petition is granted with liberty to move such application to refer the cheque in dispute, to the hand writing expert at the appropriate stage.

If such application is moved, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class shall decide the same in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
