Learned APP submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed. In view of said development, the appellant seeks for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to approach the Trial Court. He also requested to extend interim protection.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

The interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2021 would extend for the period of two weeks from today.
