The applicant seeks permission to travel abroad to Thailand for business purpose and requested to release his Passport and permitted him to travel abroad for the purpose of his business.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially also he sought permission and visited at Thailand. He has to travel to attend the business meeting from 07.03.2024 to 17.03.2024 and he would reside at Hotel Koeing Mension situated at 568, 18 Soi 2, Soi 18, Pattaya City Banglamung, Pattaya. He submitted that considering that the applicant abided all the conditions imposed by this Court, in view of that, he be permitted to travel abroad. 3.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that offence registered against the applicant is in the nature of economic offence

and if he is permitted, he may flee away and may not return back.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State. On perusal of the application, the applicant is visiting for a limited purpose i.e. business meeting from 07.03.2024 to 17.03.2024. He has also provided the address on which he would reside in Thailand. 5.

By this application, the applicant is also seeking permission to apply for renewal of VISA for the United States of America. The applicant VISA is on the verge of expires. In view of that, he is submitted to apply for renewal of VISA of the United States of America. The applicant is at liberty to apply for renewal of VISA of United States of America. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order: [i] The application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant is permitted to travel abroad Thailand between 07.03.2024 to 17.03.2024.

[iii] The applicant shall report to the Indian embassy at Thailand and shall submit details of stay, his Cell phone number during the aforesaid period at Thailand.

[iv] The Economic Offence Wing, Nagpur is directed to handover the Passport of the applicant for temporary period.

[v] After returning from Thailand the applicant shall surrender his Passport to the Economic Offence Wing, Nagpur.
