It is stated on behalf of the applicants that the applicants have made an application before the Tahsildar, Akot on 06/02/2016 for issuance of fresh solvency certificate, but same is not issued as yet. It is stated that the time to furnish the solvent surety may be extended by a period of four weeks.

In the circumstances mentioned above, the time to furnish the solvent surety is extended by a period of four weeks. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
