The learned Counsel for the appellant has placed the order dated 24/08/2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 107/2021 to contend that already charge-sheet has been filed.

In view of that the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the Trial Court. He also requested to extend the interim protection.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

Interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 02/03/2021 would extend for the period of two weeks from today and would have to operate automatically thereafter.
