This petition was filed as at the relevant time the Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal was not functional.

I am told that now the Appellate Tribunal is functional. In that view of the matter, there is no point in entertaining the present petition. However, in view of the order passed by this Court dated 30th March, 2022, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the decision of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 7-O of the Employees' Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act, 1952 by the Appellate Tribunal. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
