After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The order passed by this Court on 24th February, 2017 shows that the applicant represented to this Court that amount of Rs.1,20,000/- would be paid to the complainant within 1 month and perhaps on this representation, this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant. Again on 3rd May, 2017 the applicant represented that he will deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to show his bonafides and 2 weeks time was granted to the applicant to deposit the amount. On 28th June, 2017, the applicant represented that he will pay Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant within 3 days and deposit additional amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court within 3 days. Again time was granted to the applicant. The applicant has neither paid the amount to the complainant

2 aba107.17 nor has deposited any amount with the Registry of this Court. The applicant has enjoyed interim protection as per the order passed by this Court on 24th February, 2017. The applicant shall surrender within 3 days failing which note of his conduct be taken at all stages of the proceedings. JUDGE PBP
