The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. The petitioners are protected by the order passed by this court on 20/02/2025. Therefore, there shall be a stay to the impugned order dated 18/12/2024 for four weeks, till the petitioners file a civil writ petition and approach the appropriate bench. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file fresh petition.
