Date : 16 th January, 2017 Both the Courts below have held that the plaintiff has established his ownership over the suit property. The defence raised by the appellant-defendant that by way of relinquishment deeds dated 1-3-1994 and 4-4-2006, the plaintiff ceased to be the owner of the suit property, has been rejected. It is also the finding recorded that the defendants are unauthorizedly occupying the suit property, and hence the decree for possession, based on title, is passed.
No substantial question of law arises for consideration. The second appeal is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the second appeal, the civil applications filed in this second appeal do not survive, and the same shall stand disposed of.
