The petitioner, having been appointed on the post of Junior College Teacher on non-grant post, is sought to be transferred on a post receiving grant by the order dated 30.08.2022. The respondent no. 4 sought approval to such transfer from unaided post to aided post by communication dated 10.09.2022. Since, the said proposal is not yet decided, this writ petition has been filed. 3.
Considering the fact that the proposal for approval to the transfer of the petitioner from an unaided post to aided post is pending since 12.09.2022 with the respondent no. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur to consider the aforesaid proposal and take a decision thereon within four weeks on receiving the copy of this order.
